Excel Practice

Refunds

Thirty days, no questions. On every plan, including the lifetime one.

The short version

If Excel Practice is not what you wanted, write to [email protected] within 30 days of paying and ask for your money back. You do not have to give a reason, and you will not be asked for one.

We do not count your lessons first. Finishing half the course and deciding it was not for you is a reason for a refund, not a reason against one.

What to send

The email address on the account, and the date you paid. That is enough to find the payment. If you have Paddle's receipt, the transaction number on it is faster still.

Who sends the money

Paddle does. Paddle is the merchant of record for this site, which means your payment contract is with them and the refund comes from them. It goes back to the card or account you paid with. We cannot send it any other way, and we will not ask you for card details to arrange it — nobody legitimate will.

Expect the refund to be approved within 2 working days and to appear on your statement within 5 to 10, depending on your bank. The line on the statement says Paddle, not Excel Practice, which is also true of the original charge.

After the 30 days

A monthly or annual subscription can be cancelled whenever you like, from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep every lesson until that period runs out.

Outside the 30 days we do not refund part of a period you have used. If something went wrong at our end — the site was down, a lesson would not mark, your account lost work — write anyway. That is a different conversation and we would rather have it.

The lifetime plan has no renewal to cancel. After 30 days it is bought.

Your legal rights

This policy sits on top of the law, it does not replace it. Consumers in the UK and the EU have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, which you can waive by starting the content straight away; the 30 days above are longer than that and we do not ask you to waive anything to get them. Paddle handles statutory claims as merchant of record and their terms apply to the transaction.

What happens to your account and your data when you leave is on the privacy page. Deleting your account does not itself trigger a refund: ask for the refund first, then delete, or ask and we will do both.
